The birth of my daughter transformed my life. Surrounded by the calm, compassionate support of my midwife and doula, I experienced the incredible power of feeling safe, respected, and deeply supported during birth. That experience inspired me to become a doula so I could help other families feel that same confidence and care, no matter where or how they choose to give birth.
As a mother, I understand firsthand how transformative the journey into parenthood can be. My own birth experience deepened my passion for supporting families with compassion, presence, and evidence-based care.

Most families book between 20–32 weeks of pregnancy, but it's never too late to reach out.

I accept eligible insurance plans through approved partners and can also provide documentation for reimbursement when available. If you're unsure whether your plan covers doula services, I'm happy to help you explore your options.
